Dr El-Azzi began his journey at the University of Sydney, where his prizes came for research on heart regeneration using stem cells derived from the human tongue. He has committed himself to multiple advanced courses to stay at the forefront of education.

He has particular interests in complex smile transformations that combine treatments — gum corrections, orthodontics and porcelain veneers — and is passionate about smiles with high aesthetic demands. His treatment philosophy is based on achieving lasting results.

He offers full mouth dental implants, sinus lifts, complex bone grafting, gum lifts, ridge splitting, gum grafting, Invisalign and orthodontics, fine porcelain veneers, composite veneers, facial injectables and general dentistry.

Beyond the practice, Dr El-Azzi is an active dental volunteer in the Philippines and Vanuatu, where he assists in removing hundreds of teeth in underprivileged communities.

Nancy enjoys the planning and mechanics behind orthodontic treatment, and seeing what a smile transformation does for a person’s self-esteem and overall wellbeing. At Iconic Smiles she is dedicated to gentle, personalised care.

Outside dentistry she loves travelling, the outdoors and time with family and friends, is a proud mum to her two-year-old daughter, and cares for and rescues animals.
